A recenty study in the UK about the ever growing obiesety problem concluded that Weight Watchers lessons should be provided free on the NHS ( As if we don't have enough to pay for ) because it was shown that participating in a weight watchers programme had more results that just taking GP's advice on board.
OK big suprise I'm sure. I means we all know why we get fat, we don't need a GP to advise us that we're eating too many calories and not doing enough exercise to burn them off don't we?. The thing is this is a graphic illustration that taking advice, getting training, improving your knowledge, etc is all well and good and infact essential, but the results don't happen unless and until we start to take some ACTION.
